Order by the following dates and times to receive your items in time for Christmas. (Subject to change depending on demand)

How much will my delivery cost?

We offer FREE standard delivery on orders over £30 to the UK. Orders under £30 costs just £2.95 for delivery.

Express 24 Hour Delivery is available for £4.95 on orders under £40 and Free of charge on orders over £40. 

How long will my delivery take?

Our items are usually delivered within 2 – 3 business days. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

Once your item has been shipped and is on its way to you, we will send you an email to keep you up to date. This will include any delivery tracking where available.

Couriers we use for Standard Deliveries include Royal Mail and DPD.

Are there any delivery restrictions?

Orders are usually delivered within 2 – 3 days from shipment, however there are some areas where delivery can take slightly longer. Such as the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland. 

What days are deliveries made?

As standard, our couriers make deliveries Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

How can I return my item?

We understand that occasionally you may change your mind and wish to return your item to us. If so, you can use our Free Royal Mail Returns Portal. 

Simply visit the below Royal Mail returns portal and print your Pre Paid returns label.

Please note that you have 90 days from the delivery date to return your order and we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened and used. 

Or, you can return your order to the below address using a courier of your choice.

Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of your return postage when using your own courier to return goods and not the free return service provided. 

Be sure to enclose a covering note with the item that clearly shows your Order Number, Name and the reason for your return otherwise we may not be able to process your return.

My item has been returned by the courier, what happens now?

If your item has been returned to Zeal following a failed delivery, or you were not available to accept your delivery. Your order will be refunded in full including any postage charges. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 business days.

How long will my refund take?

Once your goods have been returned to us, we will check to ensure they meet the returns guidelines and then process your refund.

Please note that all refunds will go back to the original payment method used when ordering.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the day we received your item, for this payment to be received into your account. This can also be dependent on the length of time your bank takes to process the payment.

Can I send my item back for an exchange?

Regretfully we are unable to offer an exchange service, however providing the return guidelines have been met, we will refund you for the goods returned. You can then purchase your chosen item.
