About our guarantee
Zeal take pride in sourcing and manufacturing products of a high quality and finish. We hope that you do not experience any issues or problems with our products. However, if in the unlikely event that a product develops a fault, our guarantee details are outlines below.
What does our guarantee cover?
Our guarantee covers faulty workmanship and / or materials for our products. This only applies when the product is used in normal, domestic settings and within compliance of the product care instructions.
What does our guarantee not cover?
Our guarantee does not cover anything outside of faulty workmanship and / or materials. It does not cover any of the following; accidental damage, normal wear and tear, staining caused by strongly coloured foods or spices, melting caused by overheating, scoring of boards and damage caused by negligence or misuse.
How long is our guarantee?
Our products are covered by a 1 year guarantee. This guarantee starts from the date of your purchase of a new Zeal product.
We offer no guarantee on items that have been ordered as pre-owned, refurbished and / or used from third party websites. In this case your consumer rights would lie with the point of sale.
What information do I need to provide to make a claim?
If you feel that your item meets the guidelines for a guarantee claim, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
ITEMS ORDERED DIRECTLY FROM ZEAL:
If you have ordered your item directly from Zeal. We will require your order number, product description and a detailed description of the fault including any images or video footage if possible.
ITEMS ORDERED DIRECTLY FROM OUR RETAIL PARTNERS:
If you have ordered your item from one of our retail partners, we require a proof of purchase from that retailer and a detailed description of the fault including any images or video footage if possible.
